Terms & Conditions of Top Estimators’ Supply of Services

  1. Please be aware that once the estimate order form has been received by Top Estimators Ltd and the pricing and delivery have been confirmed, estimating cannot be stopped because estimating will have already started. After that, cancellations are charged up to the estimate’s value as time spent on the estimate at our hourly rates is in effect at the time.
  2. On the basis of the client’s information, estimates are created. Information hasn’t been compared to building or site regulations. For the purposes of estimating, it is assumed that the plans provided are accurate and have been approved by planning and building rules, as well as any/all statutory obligations, as applicable.
  3. You acknowledge that the information on the Estimate Order Form is correct and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you undertake to promptly provide Top Estimators Pvt Ltd with any additional information needed to complete the Estimate or otherwise cooperate completely with Top Estimators Pvt Ltd.
  4. We will make a fair effort to meet any delivery deadline that has been set, but this is merely an estimate and is not required in order for us to provide our services.
  5. We promise that our services will be carried out with due diligence and competence.
  6. You will not include the cost of landscaping in your estimations. If you fail to clearly state the expenses on the Estimate Order Form prior to the start of estimating, they will be noted as exclusions in the assumptions. The Estimating Service gives budget costs for the following elements.
  7. Because of any inaccuracy, misdescription, or other error in the information provided by the client, neither Top Estimators Pvt Ltd nor its affiliated estimate service providers undertake any duty for any loss. We take no responsibility for any modifications brought about by site conditions, whether they were anticipated at the time of instruction or not, or for other project-related issues that are out of our control.
  8. Although every precaution was taken in the production of your estimate, it is your obligation to review the estimate for any errors or omissions within 5 working days of the date of delivery after receiving the finished estimate. If you see any mistakes or omissions that you think need to be fixed, please let your estimator know. They will try to fix the estimate as soon as possible, hopefully at no cost to you. The disputed estimate will be forwarded to Top Estimators Pvt Ltd’s Head Estimator, who will speak with you directly if Top Estimators Pvt Ltd does not believe that the estimate has to be corrected.
  9. After delivery, any additional changes to the estimates are subject to expenses based on our hourly rate. For more information, do ask your estimator.
  10. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, and this contract, as well as any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
  11. Complete Agreement: With regard to the estimating service given to the client, this is the only and entire agreement between the client and Top Estimators Pvt Ltd. It cannot and will not be subject to modification absent a written amendment signed by a Top Estimators Ltd. authorized officer.
